Terms and Conditions
Room Includes
- Any extras will be charged during stay.
- Any extra adults or children, who will not match the room configuration, will charge at the time of check-in.
- Check-in time is at 3:00pm
- Check-out time is at 12noon
Tax & Service charge
- 10% Service charge.
- 5% Government Levy.
- 10% VAT is applicable for all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- Guest should inform hotel by phone or email with regards to any cancellation of reservation.
- Non-guaranteed booking could be canceled prior one day (24Hrs) of arrival. Applicable same for No-Show.
- No show / last minute cancellation will be charged for one night as per the cancellation policy.
- Cancellation or No-show will be charged in full for Seasonal periods such as Eid period, Formula 1, during busy events and etc.
Amendment Policy
- Booking could be amended, without a charge, prior to the arrival date. This policy will not apply on Seasonal period.

Payment
- Only VISA, MASTER or Amex cards are allowed to guarantee the reservation.
- Payment made for guarantee, will not refund under any circumstances.
